We want you to love your gear. Because all items are made to order, we have a limited return policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:
• Manufacturing defects
• Print quality issues
• Wrong item received
Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been worn or washed
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
How to Return
1. Email us at becomebrolic@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
